Rates and timelines

Charges are calculated from your delivery city at checkout — you will see the exact figure before you place the order, never after.

Standard delivery is the only service we offer — every parcel is tracked, and the rate above is the whole charge.

Free delivery

Standard delivery costs nothing on orders over Rs 5,000, anywhere in Pakistan. The threshold is measured on the subtotal of the pieces themselves, before any delivery charge.

How your order travels

1. Confirmation. We message you on WhatsApp within a few working hours to confirm the order and the address.
2. Packing. Each piece is checked, boxed and photographed as packed, so there is a record of exactly what left us.
3. Dispatch. We hand over to the courier with a tracking number, which we send you the same day.
4. Delivery. The rider calls before arriving. Open the parcel and check it before paying, if you chose cash on delivery.

Cash on delivery

• Available in every region listed above.
• Not available on orders over Rs 50,000 — couriers cap the cash they will carry. For higher-value pieces we use bank transfer.
• You may open and inspect the parcel before handing over payment. If it is not what you ordered, refuse it and tell us.

Worth knowing

• Timelines are working days and exclude public holidays. Eid weeks are slower everywhere — we will tell you if your order is affected.
• Made-to-order and engraved pieces take about three weeks before dispatch. The product page says so where it applies.
• We cannot yet ship outside Pakistan. Message us on WhatsApp if you need an international delivery and we will see what we can arrange.
