1. Who we are

Iqra Atelier sells jewelry, watches and home decorations from Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore. You can reach us at hello@iqraatelier.pk or on WhatsApp at +92 324 4889275. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Iqra Atelier; “you” means the person placing an order.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. A contract forms only when we confirm your order — normally by WhatsApp within a few working hours.

We may decline an order where the piece has sold out, where a price or description was published in error, where we cannot deliver to the address given, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include any applicable tax.
• Delivery is charged separately and shown before you confirm. See delivery information.
• Standard delivery is free on orders over Rs 5,000.
• Cash on delivery is unavailable above Rs 50,000, because couriers cap the cash they will carry.
• Precious-metal prices move. We honour the price shown when you ordered; if a listed price was obviously wrong we will contact you before proceeding rather than simply charging the difference.

4. The pieces themselves

Much of what we sell is made or set by hand, and natural stones and pearls vary. Small differences in colour, veining, inclusions and shape are inherent to the work, not defects. Screens also render colour differently, so a photograph is a guide rather than an exact match.

Gold and silver pieces are hallmarked and supplied with a certificate. Gold-plated and vermeil pieces will wear with time; that is the nature of plating and is not a manufacturing fault.

5. Returns

Your return and exchange rights are set out in full in our returns and exchanges policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable Pakistani consumer law.

6. Using this website

The text, photography, design and code of this site belong to us. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

Reviews submitted to us must be your own honest experience of a piece you actually bought. We publish reviews from verified orders, including critical ones, and we may decline anything abusive, unlawful, or plainly not about the product.

7. Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control — including courier disruption, strikes and natural events.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute. If we need to change these terms we will post the revised version here with a new date; the terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.
