Returns & Exchanges

The short version

• 14 days from delivery to return or exchange anything unworn, in its original box, with its certificate.
• Free ring resizing within three months of delivery, once per ring.
• We pay return postage if the fault is ours — wrong item, damaged in transit, or not as described.
• You pay return postage if you simply changed your mind.

How to start a return

1. Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@iqraatelier.pk with your order reference and what you would like to do.
2. We reply with a return address and, where the fault is ours, a prepaid courier booking.
3. Send the piece back in its original box with the certificate. Please use a tracked service — we cannot take responsibility for parcels that never arrive.
4. We inspect it within two working days of arrival and confirm the outcome by WhatsApp.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within seven working days of us receiving and accepting the return. However you paid — cash on delivery or bank transfer — the refund goes out by bank transfer, to an account in the name on the order.

The original delivery charge is refunded only where the fault was ours.

What we cannot take back

These are exempt for hygiene or because they cannot be resold, and we say so clearly on the product page before you order:

• Pierced earrings that have been worn.
• Engraved, personalised or made-to-order pieces.
• Pieces altered by another jeweller, including resizing done elsewhere.
• Anything returned without its box or certificate, or showing wear beyond a careful try-on.
• Candles, diffusers and scented items once opened.

Faults and damage

If a piece arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with a photograph and we will replace it or refund you in full, including postage both ways.

Manufacturing faults — a failed clasp, a stone that comes loose in normal wear — are repaired or replaced free within twelve months. That is separate from the 14-day change-of-mind window and does not cover accidental damage, loss, or ordinary wear such as fading plating on gold-plated pieces.
